CTA Box

Ask for the click, in a band nobody scrolls past

A heading, a line of supporting copy and up to two buttons, on a colour or on a photograph with an overlay. The band you put where the shopper has read enough and needs somewhere to go next.

Ask, instead of hoping

A page that ends without a call to action ends with a decision the shopper has to make on their own. This band gives them one obvious next step, and a second one if the first is not for them.

Readable on any photograph

A colour overlay with its own transparency sits between the image and the copy, and the text colour is a field of its own — so the heading reads over a busy photo without editing the photo.

A campaign band in minutes

Heading, copy, background, two buttons. Nothing to brief, nothing to deploy, and the next campaign is a duplicate of this one with new words in it.

Use cases

Where shops put it

The seasonal sale band

"Winter sale ends Sunday" across the full width of the page, on a photograph, with one button into the sale category and a second into the terms. Duplicate it for the next campaign and rewrite it.

Newsletter or loyalty sign-up

A boxed band at the foot of a landing page: a promise, a line about what arrives and how often, and a single button into the sign-up form.

Trade and wholesale enquiries

On a B2B page, a split band with the copy on the left and two buttons on the right — "Request a quote" and "Download the price list" — so both audiences find their route on one line.

What you control

Every field in the form, in plain words

Heading
With its level (H2, H3, H4 or Div) and a subheading in rich text.
Layout
Centred, or split with the copy on the left and the buttons on the right.
Section padding
S, M or L (24, 48 or 72 px), on top of anything you set in Advanced.
Background
A colour, an uploaded image, or both: image size (cover, contain or original) and one of nine positions.
Overlay
A colour with its own transparency, laid over the background image.
Text colour
So the band reads on a dark background whatever your theme does.
Two buttons
Each with text, a link (URL, CMS page, category or product, optionally in a new tab) and a style: Primary, Secondary or Link.
Appearance
Banner (full width of its container) or Boxed (rounded corners, centred, capped at 1200 px).

Native and honest

Your content is written in Magento's own format

The band is a native Page Builder content type: a heading, a paragraph and two links, with the background written the way Page Builder writes its own backgrounds.

Every element saves itself the way native Page Builder saves its own: a plain <div data-content-type="wrizu_…"> with its settings in data-* attributes, stored with the page. There is no proprietary database table, no shortcode, no second editor and nothing that has to be converted later.

That has a practical consequence. Disable the module and the storefront keeps serving those pages: headings, copy, images, links and buttons stay visible and clickable, and the styling you set per element — alignment, colours, spacing — stays with them, because it lives in a <style> block stored with the page rather than in our stylesheets. What you lose is what our CSS draws: the layouts, the borders and shadows, the button variants and the bundled icons.

One honest warning

With the module switched off, do not open and save a page that contains Wrizu elements — Page Builder flattens any page holding a content type it does not know into a single HTML Code block, and that save cannot be undone. It behaves that way with every unknown content type, not only with ours, and the storefront is unaffected either way; the rule is simply to leave those pages alone until the module is back on.

Works with any Luma-based theme

The elements are built on the same front-end stack the native Page Builder uses: jQuery and the libraries Page Builder already loads. They target Luma-based themes — Magento Blank, Luma, and the custom themes shops build on either of them.

Buttons use Luma's own button mixins, so a Wrizu button looks like a button from your theme rather than like a button from a plug-in. All of the module's CSS is scoped to [data-content-type^="wrizu_"], so it styles our elements and nothing else in your theme.
