Yes. Deactivate the old domain on its License screen in the Magento admin — the slot frees up at once and the storefront is unaffected — then activate the new one with the same key. If the old server is gone, release the domain in the licence panel. Handing the licence over to someone else — a shop that is sold, an agency passing a shop to its client — needs our consent by e-mail.

No. There are two equally supported ways to install: unpack the ZIP from your licence panel into app/code, or add our Composer repository and run composer require with a token from the panel. Pick one, not both — the installation guide has the steps.

Without. The prices on this page are net, because most Wrizu customers are businesses. At checkout Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax of your country and shows the total before you pay. A VAT-registered business in the EU enters its VAT number at checkout (“Add VAT number”) and then pays no VAT: under the reverse-charge rule it accounts for the VAT in its own VAT return.

Paddle. Paddle is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, calculates VAT and issues the invoice and the receipt. Your licence key comes from us, in a separate e-mail.

Paddle is the seller of record, so refunds are decided and paid by Paddle under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and under the consumer law that applies to you. We make no refund promise of our own beyond that — but if something does not work, write to us first: most problems are one support reply away, and we can ask Paddle to refund a purchase in an individual case. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, you may also withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, even after downloading the module, because Paddle's checkout does not ask you to give up that right — see Right of withdrawal. A full refund ends the licence automatically; the module stops being licensed on that domain, and your storefront is not affected.
