Terms and refunds

Last updated 11 October 2026

In short

  • Paddle is the merchant of record: it charges the price, calculates VAT and issues the receipt.
  • You buy a licence, not a subscription. Renewing the update window is optional and never charged automatically.
  • Refunds follow Paddle’s policy and your statutory rights; a full refund ends the licence.

1. Who sells

Wrizu Page Builder Extensions is made by Wrizu Jakub Czuczwara, al. Rzeczypospolitej 6/74, 02-972 Warszawa, Poland (“Wrizu”, “we”). We sell it through Paddle (paddle.com), our reseller and merchant of record: the purchase — the payment, the taxes, the invoice and any refund — is a contract between you and Paddle under Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The licence to use the module is a separate agreement between you and us (section 7).

This page sums up how a purchase works. On the sale, Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply; on the licence, the licence agreement does — where this page says less, they say more.

2. What you buy

A licence for Wrizu Page Builder Extensions — a Magento 2 module with 35 Page Builder elements — in one of two plans:

  • Perpetual — yours without time limit, with new versions and support for 12 months from the purchase.
  • Lifetime — yours without time limit, with new versions and support with no end date, for as long as we develop and publish the module.

Both plans include all 35 elements and cover one production installation, one staging installation and any number of development installations. They differ only in how long new versions and support are included.

When the update window of a Perpetual licence ends, nothing switches off: the module keeps working, and every version released while the window was open stays yours to download. You may renew the window for another 12 months at the renewal price on the Pricing page. A renewal is a one-off payment — optional, never automatic — and also brings the versions released while your window was closed.

3. Delivery of the licence key

  • After Paddle confirms your payment, our licence server issues your licence key, in the format WRZ-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, and e-mails it to the address you bought with — usually within a few minutes. The receipt comes from Paddle in a separate e-mail.
  • With the key and that e-mail address you sign in to the licence panel, where you download the module or create a token for our Composer repository.
  • If the key does not arrive, check your spam folder, then use I lost my key, which sends it to the e-mail address you bought with again, or write to us.
  • Nothing is shipped: the module is digital content, delivered as a download.

4. Prices, VAT and invoices

  • The prices are on the Pricing page. At checkout Paddle adds the VAT or sales tax of your country and shows the total before you pay.
  • Paddle takes the payment and issues the invoice and the receipt. To buy for a company, use “Add VAT number” at checkout: Paddle then issues the invoice to the company and, for a VAT-registered business outside Paddle’s country, charges no VAT. You can also add it later from the invoice Paddle e-mails you.
  • There is no subscription: each purchase and each renewal is a single payment, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

  • Refunds are decided and paid by Paddle, under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy and under the consumer law that applies to you. We make no refund promise of our own beyond that.
  • Under Paddle’s Refund Policy a purchase is non-refundable unless the law requires a refund — for a consumer, the right of withdrawal in section 6. Beyond that, Paddle may refund a purchase at its own discretion if you ask within 14 days of it, and it refunds one where there is evidence of a material technical or product defect. It refuses a refund where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
  • If something does not work, write to us first — Paddle’s policy asks for that too: most problems are one support reply away, and we can ask Paddle to refund a purchase in an individual case. If we cannot solve the problem, ask Paddle through the support link in your Paddle receipt or with “Request refund” on paddle.net, and tell it what we answered.
  • A full refund or a chargeback ends the licence automatically. Every activated shop keeps working without restriction for a grace period of at least seven days; after that the module may hide its elements from the Page Builder panel and stop opening their settings in the admin — it never changes your storefront and never deletes your content. Downloads and Composer access end with the licence.
  • A partial refund does not end the licence, and a chargeback that is reversed restores it.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from the purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing it, and Paddle refunds the full price. Paddle, as the seller, handles the withdrawal under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy; the Refund Policy also gives consumers in some other countries a similar right, for 5 to 14 days depending on the country.

Under those terms the right ends early only if you start downloading or using the module after expressly agreeing, during the checkout, that it is made available to you before the 14 days are over. Paddle’s checkout for this module asks for no such agreement, so the right stays yours for the full 14 days — also after you have downloaded, installed and activated the module.

To withdraw, open Paddle’s customer portal — with the “Manage transaction” link in Paddle’s order confirmation e-mail, or on paddle.net — and choose the withdrawal option there, or ask Paddle through the support link in your Paddle receipt or with “Request refund” on paddle.net. Paddle refunds you within 14 days of receiving your request. A withdrawal is a full refund, so it ends the licence as section 5 describes.

A purchase made for your business is normally not covered by this right; the refund rules of section 5 apply to it.

7. The licence agreement

What you may do with the module — the installations it covers, updates and support, what the module sends us, warranty and liability — is set out in the End User Licence Agreement. By buying a licence you accept it.

Cookies on this website

We set one cookie of our own: it remembers the choice you make in this window. If you allow it, Google Analytics, which we add through Google Site Kit, also sets cookies, so that we can count visits and see which pages are read. We use no marketing cookies.

You can change your choice at any time with the round button in the bottom-left corner. More in our privacy notice.

Necessary

One cookie of this website, mfnConsent. It stores the choice you make in this window and nothing else, and it is kept for one year. The window needs it to work, so it cannot be switched off.

Analytics & Performance

Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit: it counts visits and shows us which pages are read, where visitors come from and on what kind of device. Its cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier, kept for up to two years) are set only after you allow them; until then Google's tag sets no cookie and sends only signals without an identifier. Google Ireland Limited processes this data for us.

Marketing

Not used: this website runs no advertising or remarketing service. This switch changes nothing today; if that ever changes, this window and our privacy notice will say so first.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. A cookie the website cannot work without needs no permission; every other cookie needs yours, and you can withdraw it as easily as you gave it.

To withdraw it, open this window again with the round button in the bottom-left corner of any page and press Deny. Deleting this website's cookies in your browser brings the window back as well.
